All prize money checks will be mailed to the winners following the event. The Gold Medal Match in all Open Pro events will be between the two undefeated teams from the Winner’s Bracket.
Refund Policy
- The final date to withdraw and receive a refund is 7/1/2023.
- If you withdraw prior to the withdrawal deadline, a processing fee of $10.00 will be incurred.
- No refunds will be issued after the withdrawal deadline.
- To officially withdraw, send an email to Brandon Schmeling-Registration Coordinator specifying whether you are withdrawing from an event or the entire tournament.
- In case of inclement weather, efforts will be made to play matches outdoors.
- There is an indoor backup facility at the Grand Rapids Racquet & Fitness Club for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday matches.
- The indoor facility has the same surface and uses the same ball.
- Please note that the indoor facility may have limited capacity on certain days/times.
